Business
Formation

We stand up new companies end to end — entity, operations, banking, brand, and the first 90 days of go-to-market.

Most founders lose months to filings, bank applications, vendor stacks, and brand decisions that could have taken weeks. We compress that timeline. You bring the conviction; we bring the operating system. By the time we hand off, the business is ready to take revenue and hire its first team.

What's included

Entity Formation

LLC, S-Corp, or C-Corp filed in the right state, with operating agreement, EIN, and registered agent in place.

Banking & Finance

Business banking, payment processing, bookkeeping setup, and an introduction to a vetted CPA.

Operating Stack

Email, document storage, password management, CRM, and project management — provisioned and onboarded.

Brand Foundation

Name, mark, color, type, voice, and a one-page website ready to take inbound from day one.

Legal Templates

Client agreement, contractor agreement, NDA, and privacy policy drafted with counsel review.

Go-to-Market 90

A 90-day GTM plan, channel prioritization, and the assets needed to land the first ten customers.

The process

  1. 01 / Intake

    Founders' brief

A working session to map the business, its model, and the 12-month picture. We leave with a one-page formation plan.

  2. 02 / Filing

    Legal & finance setup

Entity formation, EIN, registered agent, banking, and bookkeeping are filed and provisioned within 14 days.

  3. 03 / Build

    Brand & stack

Identity, website, and the operating stack are built in parallel. You review at two checkpoints, not twenty.

  4. 04 / Launch

    Handoff & GTM

We hand over credentials, run a working session with your team, and stay on call for the first 90 days of go-to-market.

Common questions

How long does formation take?

Most engagements run 30 to 45 days from kickoff to launch-ready. Entity and banking are typically live within the first two weeks.

Do you provide legal or tax advice?

No — we coordinate with vetted attorneys and CPAs. Where helpful we'll introduce you to partners we've worked with for years.

Can you incorporate outside of Texas?

Yes. We frequently file in Delaware, Wyoming, and other states depending on the business and capital plan.

What happens after the 90-day window?

Many clients roll into an ongoing operating partnership with us. Others graduate to running it themselves with the systems we built.
