What's your commission structure?

Standard industry rates on sourced deals, with adjusted terms for inbound and pre-existing partnerships. We walk through everything before you sign.

Do you only work with talent based in Texas?

No. We're headquartered in San Antonio but our roster lives across the United States. Most of our work runs remotely with quarterly in-person sessions.

Can you work alongside an existing agent or attorney?

Yes. We frequently sit alongside agencies, business managers, and legal counsel. Management is operational — we make sure the rest of your team is fed and aligned.

What size roster do you keep?

Intentionally small. We only sign talent we believe we can move materially over a 3-to-5 year horizon.
